Need your car towed?
Have your location, vehicle type and destination ready when you call.
Safety first: If anyone is injured, in immediate danger or blocking traffic, call 000 for emergency services first.
If your car has broken down, will not start or needs to be moved, give us a call. We can help with sedans, hatchbacks, utes, SUVs and 4WDs.

When you might need a car tow
- The car won't start — flat battery, fuel or electrical issue
- It's broken down on the road — engine, overheating or transmission
- Accident damage means it can't be safely driven
- Flat tyre with no spare or tools
- You need it moved to a mechanic, wreckers or a new address
- It's stuck — bogged, locked wheels, or in a ditch
A few things to tell us
- Where the car is and where it needs to go
- The vehicle type
- What has happened
- Whether it can roll, steer and brake
- Any access issues — height limits, narrow driveway, slope or mud
If it won't start
A car that won't start can still be towed to a mechanic. You don't need it running — just tell us where it is and what type it is.
Stuck in a car park
Cars in underground or multi-level car parks can be towed, but height limits and tight corners matter. Tell us the car park height clearance and which level the car is on so the right truck is used.
Taking it to a mechanic
If your car needs to go to a mechanic, wrecker or another address, have the drop-off details ready when you call. Some mechanics have a preferred tow company — worth checking with them first if you're unsure.
Access and vehicle considerations
Automatic, all-wheel-drive and 4WD vehicles often need a flatbed or tilt tray to avoid transmission damage. Low-clearance cars need careful loading. Let us know your vehicle type so we send the right truck.
