Is your motorcycle unable to be ridden?
Have your location, vehicle type and destination ready when you call.
Safety first: If anyone is injured, in immediate danger or blocking traffic, call 000 for emergency services first.
If your bike won't start, has a puncture, has been damaged or just needs to get to a mechanic, give us a call. We can help move it safely.

When you might need a bike tow
- The bike won't start — battery, fuel or electrical issue
- Puncture or flat tyre on the road
- Accident damage means it can't be ridden safely
- Chain or brake failure
- Moving a bike to a mechanic or workshop
- Transporting a bike to or from a sale, event or new address
If it won't start
A motorcycle that won't start can still be towed. You don't need it running — just tell us where it is and the bike type.
Accident damage
If your bike has been in an accident, it can be towed even if it's damaged or the wheels are locked. Let us know about the damage so the right care and equipment are used. It can go to a mechanic, your home or a wrecker.
Taking it to a mechanic
Bikes can be transported to a mechanic, workshop or another address. Have the drop-off details ready when you call.
A few things to tell us
- Bike type and size — road, cruiser, sports, dirt or scooter
- Whether it can roll or the wheels are locked
- Any damage — dropped, scratched or accident-related
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Access issues — stairs, gravel, slope or tight space
